Managed operations for AI agents · A developing service

Australia-based delivery

Your team approves what matters

Start with one workflow

For teams on site,
in the office,
or across both.

Keep the work moving—not just the paperwork.

Bring scattered information, everyday requests and project work together. Agents can help your team research, prepare, investigate and coordinate the next steps—whether you work on site, in an office, or across both.

Not sure where to start? We’ll work it out together

Trades & field services

“Bring this enquiry and our site notes together.”

A clear job brief, missing-information questions and an organised next step.

Marketing teams

“What have our competitors changed?”

A sourced comparison, changes worth discussing and possible responses.

Business operations

“Prepare tomorrow’s project update from the agreed records.”

A concise status brief, blockers, missing information and next actions.

IT providers & web teams

“Investigate recurring alerts, or check staging against the brief.”

Evidence-backed findings, proposed checks and prioritised issues for review.

Design teams

“Turn this brief and the client’s feedback into a revision plan.”

Consolidated requirements, conflicting feedback and a review checklist.

Example possibilities to scope and validate—not a catalogue of already-integrated products.

About this example

Trades & field servicesThe request

“Here’s the customer’s message and my site notes. Put together a job brief and tell me what we still need to ask.”

Customer enquiry: a more usable backyard, with lawn and planting. Existing paving is present; access, measurements and timing need confirmation.

Activity in this run

Real pilots begin with read-and-draft work. Action capability and integrations are separately agreed and verified.

Actions and integrations are agreed for each implementation.

One example is just the starting point.

A competitor comparison can become a regular market watch. A job brief can become part of your enquiry-to-handover process. A website review can become a repeatable check before each release.

We help you connect the steps, agree the decisions and keep the process running.

On a schedule · When something happens · When you ask

Your team can give an agent a task through an agreed chat interface or team workspace, with information sources, triggers and actions scoped and validated before use.

    Let’s talk about your work

    More than an AI subscription.
A working capability for your business.

AI tools are powerful. Connecting them to your business—and keeping the resulting workflows useful, controlled and maintained—is a separate job.

We design and run agents around your information, systems and ways of working. That includes the connections, processes, access controls, human decision points and ongoing technical care.

Start with one useful workflow. Add connections, processes and specialist agents as your needs grow.

    • Connected to your work. Bring agreed information and business systems into the process, instead of repeatedly assembling the same context by hand.
    • Built around your methods. Turn your templates, standards and processes into reusable ways of working.
    • Ready when the work starts. Configure suitable work to begin on a schedule, from an agreed event or when your team asks.
    • Clear limits and useful records. Agree access, permitted actions and human decision points, with a record of what happened.
    • Looked after over time. We monitor operation, maintain connections, investigate problems and improve the agreed workflows.
So, what exactly is an AI agent?Read the explanationHide explanation

More than a chat response: an agent uses approved information and tools to carry out agreed steps. When the work needs judgement or approval, it brings in a person.

    A foundation.
    A service.
    Not another tool to manage.

One practical place to start. We first discuss the fit, then propose paid, fixed-scope discovery. You receive an agreed scope and implementation proposal before deciding on an ongoing service.

Two ways to run your managed service.

Choose a shared or dedicated environment to suit your business’s requirements. We’ll help you decide during discovery—you don’t need to know which one you need before getting in touch.

    Managed Shared

Your business environment on shared infrastructure.

Your agents, information and access are logically separated within a platform that shares the underlying infrastructure. A practical option where that shared model fits your requirements.

    Managed Dedicated

An environment dedicated to your business.

A separate AWS account and dedicated resources provide a distinct infrastructure boundary for businesses that need it.

Both options are hosted and managed by us, with agreed access, human decision points and ongoing technical care.

Australian hosting, Australian data storage and Australia-only AI processing by default. This applies to both environment choices. We host and manage the platform on AWS in Australia. We only use a model outside Australia when you ask for it, case by case. Models, connected systems and data flows are agreed for each implementation. This is a developing service; implementation is subject to agreed scope and verification.

    About the environment boundaries

We host and manage your environment on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Managed Shared uses software and permissions to separate customer information and access on shared infrastructure. Managed Dedicated uses a separate AWS member account and dedicated resources; it does not promise exclusive physical AI hardware or customer ownership of the account. Account lifecycle and access terms are agreed during implementation.

    Managed Agent Environment

An environment shaped around your agents, business knowledge and workflows, with the agreed tenancy model and ongoing care.

    Managed Workflows

Pilots start with read-and-draft work: agents read approved information and prepare drafts, and your team takes any action that changes something. Optional client-requested approval-gated actions are separately agreed, with the integration, authority and checks defined before use.

    • People at the right decision points

    Practical operations.
    Personal responsibility.

Agents Done Well is a practice of GM Cloud, an Australian cloud and systems provider with practical experience across AWS, Linux infrastructure, websites and applications, automation and security hardening.

This developing offering is built on that operational foundation. The aim isn’t hands-off autonomy. It’s useful work with clear responsibility and ongoing technical care.
