Agents Done Well is a practice of GM Cloud. GM Cloud handles the information you provide when you contact us.
What we collect and why
Our enquiry form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your business and a short description of what you need. We use these details to respond, discuss the fit of our services and manage the resulting relationship. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information. Without your name, email and consent, the form cannot submit an enquiry.
Processing and service providers
Our enquiry API and email processing use Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Australia under our regional design. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from spam and may process security information outside Australia. Email delivery and mailbox providers may also process information outside Australia; we do not promise that the whole enquiry path stays in Australia.
We do not add enquiry details to general telemetry or application logs. Limited request identifiers, outcomes, status codes and timing information are used to operate and protect the service.
Google Analytics and cookies
We automatically load Google Analytics to understand page visits, without an analytics opt-in prompt. Google may use analytics cookies and process visit information outside Australia. Previous analytics choices saved by this website no longer control loading. You can use your browser settings or blocking tools to restrict cookies or analytics requests. Enquiry consent remains separate and required for the enquiry form.
Our analytics integration sends an initial page view, with the page address limited to its origin and path and the referring address limited to its origin. It does not intentionally send enquiry or planner values, names, email addresses, business details, messages, security tokens or user IDs. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain denied; Google signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in our configuration.
Retention and your choices
Mailbox enquiries are retained only as needed to respond, manage our relationship and meet legal obligations. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or with a privacy question or concern. We will discuss your request and any obligations that affect it.

Interactive examples and local planner
The examples use sample information and do not connect to business systems. The optional planner prepares a brief in your browser; it does not send an enquiry or send your answers to AI.
